Synopsis - When the station rescues an old friend of Kira's from a Cardassian warship, he turns out to be still part of a Bajoran terrorist movement, and is trying to sell something to the two sisters of the late Klingon Duras. Meanwhile, Dr. Bashir reluctantly befriends Cardassian tailor, Garak.
