Synopsis - When Quark is given a Bajoran earing to pass on to the Bajoran government, Kira requests the use of a runabout to rescue a Bajoran prisonner of war from Cardassia IV; one who is seen as a hero to the people of Bajor. Meanwhile, an underground Bajoran activist group starts causing problems on the station.
