Synopsis - Rules of probablity suddenly begin to change on the station and one either has a great amount of luck or none at all, when a rival for Quark opens up a new casino on the station, with the help of a new and unusual device. Meanwhile O'Brien doesn't have much luck against Bashir in racketball, in the court, he built.
