Synopsis - When returning from New Bajor in the Gamma Quadrant, Kira and Bashir discover a plasma leak which they finally get under control in the Wormhole. But, upon their return they find that DS9 is back in orbit around Bajor, and that all terrans have become slave workers for the Alliance, which is composed of Bajorans, Cardassians, and Klingons. They soon discover that this society is the result of Captain J. T. Kirk's words to Commander Spock in the alternate universe (TOS #39 "Mirror, Mirror").
