Synopsis - As elections for the new Kai of Bajor loom nearer, a Bajoran, termed Cardassian Collaborator, returns from Cardassia Prime, and reveals to Vedek Winn that the late Prylor Bek, who hung himself on the promenade eight years ago as a collaborator, was actually innocent and ordered by Vedek Borile, the man most favoured to be the next Kai. Kira, who as late has become quite intimate with Borile, is ordered by Winn to investigate and discover whether or not Borile was a collaborator.
