Synopsis - While heading off on vacation with his wife, O'Brien is taken prisoner and accused of, convicted of, and sentenced to execution for a crime which he knows nothing about. Odo, who was made a member of the Cardassian court during the occupation, manages to get himself a role in the defence party, and accompanies Keiko to watch the "trial". Meanwhile, back on DS9, Sisko and crew try to figure out what O'Brien is accused of and try to prove him innocent.
