Synopsis - Grand Nagus Zek arrives on the station again, this time with a completely revised set of The Rules Of Aquisition. However, the only profit in these new rules is the gratitude of giving and latnum is out. Meanwhile the pressure is on as Dr. Bashir becomes the youngest nominee for Starfleet's Carrington Award.
