Synopsis - When Quark's mother gets caught earning profit, Quark has to answer to the FCA (Ferengi Commerce Authority). He and Rom return to the homeworld to try and coax their mother into confessing her crimes, where they find her clothed and talking to strangers. Meanwhile, Sisko, finally meets Kassidy Yates, the freighter Captain, Jake set him up with.
