Synopsis - When Quark's cousin finally pays back a loan by giving him a ship, Rom convinces him to use it to take Nog to Starfleet Academy. But a discreet act of sabotage, by Quark's cousin, causes a warp engine malfunction, sending them back to Roswell, N.M., circa 1947, where they are perceived as Martians in one of the biggest alien sightings cover-ups in the history of Earth.
