Synopsis - First Minister Shakaar is aboard for a visit, but when the station receives a threat against his life from the Bajoran resistance group the True Way, they are forced to step up security; while Quark has to put up having Odo's quarter's above his. But when Kira and Shakaar become romantically involved, Odo's own feelings for Kira, start to interfere with his job.
