Synopsis - Kira is sent by Shakaar to a conference at a Cardassian outpost. Assigned to escort her is a demoted Gul Dukat aboard his new cargo ship. Arriving at the outpost they find it destroyed. Dukat with Kira's help then goes after and manages to capture the Klingon Bird of Prey responsible. Also Kira bonds with Dukat's daughter Ziayal.
